What's in every report

Lists are cheap. What saves you time is knowing which bids are worth an estimator's afternoon.

1

Every open HVAC bid

State portals, city and town sites, school districts, housing authorities, colleges and federal jobs in MA and CT, including small local postings the national sites miss.

2

Checked against the source

Every listing is checked against the official posting, including addenda and moved deadlines, before it goes out.

3

Size and fit at a glance

Published values where the owner gives one, an honest size estimate where they don't, plus site visits, certifications and bonding notes.

4

Filed sub-bid deadlines

On Massachusetts building projects the HVAC sub-bid is often due a week or more before the general bid. We track both dates.

5

Recent award results

Who won recent public HVAC jobs, at what price, against how many bidders, so you can see what it takes to win.

6

One bid worth a closer look

Each week we pick one opportunity and explain why it suits a small shop, and what to watch for.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes, while the report is in preview. We're testing it with a small group of New England HVAC contractors and want honest feedback. If we add paid features later, you'll hear about it first.

Where do the bids come from?

COMMBUYS, CTsource, SAM.gov, DCAMM, city and town purchasing pages, school districts, housing authorities and colleges across Massachusetts and Connecticut. Every listing includes the bid number so you can pull documents from the official source.

Do you submit bids for us?

No. You set your price and submit your own bids. The report helps you find the right ones and avoid surprises like missed addenda or early sub-bid deadlines.

Can you watch for a specific kind of job?

Tell us in the sign-up form or email us. Feedback on what you want to see is exactly what we're looking for right now.
